Janet Napolitano 교수는 UC 버클리 골드먼 공공정책대학원의 교수이자, UC 버클리 안보 및 거버넌스 연구소(Institute for Security and Governance)의 설립자입니다. Napolitano 교수는 2013년부터 2020년까지 캘리포니아 대학교 총장을 역임했으며, 2009년부터 2013년까지 미국 국토안보부 장관, 애리조나주 주지사, 애리조나주 법무장관, 애리조나주 연방검사로 재직했습니다. 국토안보부 장관 시절, Napolitano 교수는 테러 공격 방지, 국경 보안 강화, 자연재해 대응, 국내 회복력 제고를 위한 국가적 노력을 이끌었으며, 국토안보부 최초의 여성 장관이자 최장수 장관으로 기록됩니다.
Janet Napolitano is a Professor at the Goldman School of Public Policy and founder of the Institute for Security and Governance at UC Berkeley. She previously served as the president of the University of California(2013–2020), US Secretary of Homeland Security(2009–2013), Governor of Arizona, Attorney General of Arizona, and US Attorney for the District of Arizona. As Secretary, she led the nation’s efforts to prevent terrorist attacks, secure its borders, respond to natural disasters, and build domestic resiliency. She was the first woman and remains the longest-serving Secretary of Homeland Security.

Jason Kwon is the Chief Strategy Officer at OpenAI, overseeing policy, legal, and social impact research teams. He was a software engineer and product manager before practicing law. He has a JD from UC Berkeley Law and a BA from Georgetown University.
